Jonathan Majors will hear the verdict in his assault case in court in New York on Tuesday. The Marvel actor, who was found guilty of multiple charges last year, could face up to a year in prison.

Majors, 34, is accused of assault by his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari. The actor denies the allegations and says that his ex attacked him.

Majors was found guilty of assault and harassment in December. The actor was acquitted of two other charges of aggravated assault and intimidation.

After the verdict, Majors was fired by the Marvel film studio. He has been seen since 2021 in, among others Iron Man in The Avengers as the villain Kang the Conqueror. The actor would play that role for at least several more years.
