MC50 to release Explosive Live Album, “10 More,” Honoring Proto-Punk Legacy
A new live album from MC50, teh powerhouse collective featuring former MC5 member Wayne Kramer alongside musical icons from Soundgarden, Faith No More, and Fugazi, is set to drop December 5th.This release, titled 10 More, captures the raw energy and rebellious spirit of their 2018 tour, a festivity of the legendary MC5’s 50th anniversary.
The project is particularly poignant given the recent passing of both Kramer, in February 2024, and drummer Dennis Thompson in May 2024. Sadly, this leaves no surviving members of the original, groundbreaking MC5 lineup.
