With the Surface Pro 10 and the Surface Laptop 6, Microsoft is launching two new devices. The manufacturer markets them as the first AI-powered Surface devices specifically aimed at business customers.

Microsoft has announced its first AI-supported Surface devices for business applications, namely the Surface Pro 10 and the Surface Laptop 6. According to the announcement, the devices developed specifically for business customers are equipped with the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and integrated Neural Processing Units ( NPU), which are intended to enable “AI experiences with longer battery life and less stress on the CPU and GPU”.

Both devices have a copilot button that allows AI features to be accessed at the push of a button. An NPU is intended to control the devices’ cameras and adjust the screen brightness to the brightness of the environment for better readability. Both new Surface devices are Energy Star certified. This means that components marked accordingly can be replaced or repaired.

According to the announcement, Microsoft also wants to promote inclusion in the workplace. Accordingly, the manufacturer is presenting a new Surface Pro Keyboard with a large set of keys, new Copilot accessibility features in Windows 11 and several adaptive accessories for commercial customers.
