However, what is obvious is that the war for the survival of the state is not a reason for some Ukrainian politicians and other actors to refrain from fighting among themselves.

Luhansk direction

Ukrainian forces announced that they shot down the aggressor’s Su34 yesterday. The Russians do not recognize this, as if all the aircraft are in formation.

Wedding ceremony. The situation in the Tabaivka – Krochmalnė section has somewhat stabilized, the battles have subsided. The occupiers continue to try to carry out local attacks, and the defenders of Ukraine to knock out the aggressor from the occupied positions, but the intensity is less than a few days ago.

Both sides are likely regrouping. The Russian attacks in the approaches to Synkivka intensified somewhat, but the Ukrainians defended themselves.

Cremation. Heavy fighting in the Terni section and in the forests of the southern flank. Both sides carry out local attacks. The aggressor will proudly announce that he has repelled several Ukrainian attacks.

Donetsk direction

A fun fact to begin with, today the Ukrainian flag was raised in the city center of Donetsk. “Ah, those savage partisans,” experts write.

Bachmut. Local clashes near Bohdanivka and Klishijivka continue, the Russians fail to advance. As the experts mentioned, it cannot be ruled out that the aggressor will intensify his actions here in the near future.

Avdijivka – Vuhledar. Northern flank. The Russians try to advance, the Ukrainians counterattack. There are no major changes.

Eastern flank. Both sides are attacking, Ukrainian units are more active. “No Man’s Land” surges, but the Russians hold their ground.

Pervomaiske section. The aggressor maintained the positions taken yesterday near Opytnė, is regrouping and reorganizing. Also, the occupiers continue local attacks in the Pervomaiskė – Nevelskė section.

Marijinka – Vuhledar. Heavy fighting continues in the Heorhiivka – Pobeda – Novomychailivka section.

The Russians announce that the units of their 155th Marine Brigade, repeatedly broken and reformed, managed to advance to Novomychailivka.

The occupiers provide a video showing the Russians entering trenches in the fields. If this is true, then these shots may be a confirmation of the Russian advance that took place a few days ago in the northeastern approaches of the settlement. Experts urge to wait for the reaction of the Ukrainians.

Zaporizhia direction

Ukrainian forces hit the approaches to Tokmak settlement with MLRS missiles. It is not yet known who was the target.

Orichiv. The Ukrainians continue local attacks on both flanks of the Robotynė wedge. Active indirect fire (mainly artillery) enables them to do this. The occupiers complain that they are constantly being hit by cluster munitions.

Easter in Novosylka. The Russians managed to advance a little near Prijutne, the situation here is unclear.

South direction

Ukrainian forces carried out a major drone strike in Crimea. The aggressor reports that he managed to shoot down and land 11 drones using electronic warfare. The Russians admit that most of these strikes are reconnaissance in battle before a larger complex attack by Ukrainians using missiles and drones.

After the very painful loss of three Su34s, the aggressor resumed strikes with KABs.

Probably, the Russians have no other option but to take risks, because the problem of the bridgeheads of the Ukrainian forces on the left bank of the Dnipro River does not resolve itself.

The Ukrainians repel the attacks of the occupiers, dominated by their electronic warfare equipment, drones and artillery. The only trump card the Russians still have is the KAB, so they have no choice but to risk it by drawing it and placing it on the battlefield table.

Also, the Russians are strengthening their maneuver units on the ground (increasing manpower and armored vehicles), so there will probably be another attempt by the aggressor to clear the bridgeheads with maneuver units supported by aviation.
