Upward-Facing Dog
Next, float forward through a vinyasa flow, rising into either Cobra or Upward-Facing Dog. This creates a beautiful backbend that opens the chest and stimulates the abdominal organs.
Consider Cobra if upward-Facing Dog feels too intense; both offer similar benefits with varying degrees of intensity. Focus on drawing your shoulders down and back, and lifting your chest.
Child’s Pose
Now, exhale and release back to the mat, settling into a restorative Child’s Pose. This is a wonderful opportunity to rest and reconnect with your breath.

Kneeling
