The parents of missing Marc Jaskulski are extremely worried. This was announced by Mayor Jean Paul van Gebben van Dronten, who immediately indicated that he sympathized with them.
Gebben receives an update every two hours on developments in the search for the missing man. “There is a massive search. With the Veterans Rescue Team, the riot police assist in the search, horses, dogs, drones, helicopter. Everything is being done to find this gentleman as quickly as possible.”

According to the mayor of Dronten, the search was launched on such a massive scale because there are concerns about the health of the 36-year-old man. “Normally, if someone thinks: well, I’m going to run away, then we don’t go looking for it en masse. But this gentleman needs medication.”
Gebben does not want to say why the specific search is being done in the Roggebotzand forest area. Jaskulski left his home on Monday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM on his bicycle. The 36-year-old man has a height of 1.85 cm and a light skin color. He has small glasses and two hearing aids and was wearing a green ANWB jacket, gray sweatpants and brown shoes on the day he went missing. He may travel on a brown/gray Gazelle bicycle.
