Recently, Pescobar has encountered various problems with its restaurants in different cities. Although he shows no signs of being affected, the businessman is still experiencing difficulties and losing money.
After the Taverna Racilor in Herăstrău was closed last year by ANPC, the other premises owned by Pescobar were also targeted.
However, the businessman has reopened them one at a time and says that, despite the ill will, he is doing very well.
Pescobar could be left without the Taverna Racilor from Herăstrău
Recently, the mayor of Sector 1, Clotilde Armand, issued an order to demolish all the terraces in Herăstrău, which are built illegally.
Among them is Pescobar’s location. Therefore, the businessman is obliged to demolish the Taverna Racilor in Herăstrău within 72 hours.
If this does not happen, the mayor threatened the administrative demolition of all the premises on the black list.

However, Pescobar does not seem to be impressed by the announcement made by Clotilde Armand. In his latest online post, he highlights the success of his businesses, the profits he’s made and his large number of clients.
„I just wanted to let you know, my haters, how calm I am, so you should be too, don’t take care of me anymore, you took care of me while I was imprisoned in Cluj, but, now, stay calm , that it is an archipelago! After three days of opening, it is archipelago.
At Tavernă, in Herăstrău, arhiplin, in Timișoara, arhiplin and in Cluj arhiplin, and, in Craiova, there is already a queue and we haven’t even opened. That’s enough, what am I doing to you, my haters?!”, was the message sent by Pescobar, according to Cancan.
Taverna racilor from Cluj, closed less than a month after opening
Pescobar wanted to clarify the situation of Taverna Racilor in Cluj through a post on Facebook, after it was closed by the ISU in the first days of 2024, just one month after its inauguration, due to illegal operation.

ISU Cluj announced the closure of Taverna Racilor in Cluj-Napoca because it did not have a fire safety permit or even a building permit for the terrace.
“It was a matter of, no, we didn’t have a door, an exit to the terrace outside, that’s about it. It has already been regulated there. The thing has been adjusted, the door has been put in place and since Monday we welcome you back to the tavern,” said Pescobar in a post.
