State-owned enterprise PT Len Industri has been designated as the lead integrator to coordinate collaboration among stakeholders across the public and private sectors. Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi emphasized that the project goes far beyond a commercial product release.
He added that the strategic initiative plays a direct role in national resource management. “Pengembangan motor listrik juga akan diarahkan untuk mendukung ketahanan energi melalui pengurangan ketergantungan terhadap BBM dan peningkatan pemanfaatan energi listrik,” Prasetyo noted.
