Joining the Army proved pivotal, providing opportunities to train alongside established players like Manjeet Dahiya. Dayal looked up to Dahiya’s strength and raiding ability, viewing him as a mentor and, ultimately, a brother.

Dayal’s ambitions extend beyond the current PKL season. He aspires to represent India on the international stage, competing in prestigious events like the Asian Games and the World Cup. Though, his ultimate dream is even grander: to see kabaddi included in the Olympic Games.
