The Tajik president on Monday called the serious attack at the Crocus City Hall cultural and business center in Krasnogorsk near Moscow at the end of last week a shameful and terrible act of terrorism.

He recalled: on March 9, at a meeting with the religious leaders and activists of his country, he already mentioned that the number of terrorist acts committed by Tajik citizens abroad has recently increased. He pointed out that such acts, which take advantage of the inexperience and naivety of young people and are prepared by interest groups and the intelligence services of certain states, harm the international perception of Tajikistan.
