The royal couples start a program together, after which they will both follow a women’s and men’s program. After a wreath laying ceremony by the Spanish royal couple, the queens have a free afternoon, while the kings visit the Cruyff Foundation and the Amsterdam port. In the evening the program continues with a state banquet.

For the welcome moment, Máxima opts for color, in the form of a red top and silk midi skirt from Natan. Her hat comes from Delvigne’s studio. She seems to hint at the color red in the Spanish flag. Queen Letizia also goes for color, and opts for a green-blue dress with a belt at her waist. She completes the look with cream-colored shoes and hat.
