Ramada approves distribution of almost 15 million in dividends. It’s 0.58 euros per share

Ramada shareholders approved the company’s board of directors’ proposal to distribute a dividend of 0.58 euros per share, due to last year’s results.

The shareholders of Ramada Investimentos e Indústria approved, at a general meeting, the company’s accounts and the proposal for the application of results, which foresees the distribution of almost 15 million euros in dividends.

According to the information sent today to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the proposal to apply the 2023 results, which was approved today, provides that of the individual net profit for 2023, in the amount of 36,757,110 euros, 14,872 ,046 euros are distributed in dividends and 21,885,064 euros transferred to free reserves.

Ramada shareholders thus approved the company’s board of directors’ proposal to distribute a dividend of 0.58 euros per share, due to last year’s results.

On the table was also the granting of authorization to the Board of Directors of Ramada Investimentos e Indústria for the purchase and sale of its own shares and bonds, up to the legal limit of 10%, which received the “green light”.

At today’s meeting, shareholders also carried out a general assessment of the company’s management and supervision.
