RETIREMENT – Goodbye and thank you, Richard

Richard Rakotonindriana (in red) left his mark on L’Express de Madagascar.

Nice ceremony yesterday at the restaurant Le Bistrot de L’Express de Madagascar. The management of the newspaper wanted to thank one of its collaborators, Richard Rakotonindriana, who has retired. Richard was one of the pillars of the newspaper in the field of prepress and printing for 20 years.

Arriving at L’Express in 2005 as a laboratory assistant, this technician quickly rose through the ranks thanks to a series of training courses in Mauritius, notably on prepress, flashing, press and CTP technique. Logically, Richard became a production assistant in 2011, until his retirement.

A quiet force, Richard nonetheless remains a seasoned technician. He faced every problem the newspaper encountered without ever complaining or giving up. His dedication and loyalty were rightly recognized by the management of the newspaper, who presented him with a certificate of recognition as well as some gifts. Good luck, Richard.
