Robbie Williams will soon open his own art exhibition with works of art he has created over the years. The exhibition Pride and Self-Prejudice will open on March 7 at Moco Museum Amsterdam. Williams’ work is exhibited for the first time.

The singer, known for songs like Angels, Rock DJ in Let Me Entertain You, has been making art since the 1990s. Williams talks about his turbulent life in the Netflix series that recently appeared about him. He struggled with addiction and his mental health, but creating art allowed him to express himself. This helped him deal with challenges.

“It is clear that at certain times in my career I felt bad about myself. At those times, art and humor were important tools for me. I hope that this exhibition shows the healing power of art and can touch, inspire and connect visitors “, says fifty-year-old Williams.

During the exhibition, visitors receive a card on which they can write down five positive things about themselves, something Williams himself was unable to do during his deep valleys. He wants to encourage self-love, reflection and acceptance with his exhibition.

The exhibition can be viewed for four months at Moco Museum Amsterdam. The Moco Museum is an independent museum with a wide range of modern, contemporary art and digital art.
