Rolling hills Man Charged with Murder in Estranged Wife’s Death

SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA‍ – January 25,⁤ 2026 – A rolling Hills man has been arrested and charged⁤ with murder in connection with the death ⁣of his estranged wife, whose body was discovered in november of last year in a San Bernardino County mountain community. Aryan Papoli, 58, of Newport Beach, was reported missing in November. On November 18th, deputies from the Twin⁢ Peaks station responded to a report of ‍a body found approximately ‍75 feet down an embankment near the intersection of Crestline Road and Highway 138. The body was recovered and transported to the coroner’s office for identification, which took around⁢ two weeks to confirm.
