The space utilizes lighting, immersive playlists, and aromatherapy to create an atmosphere that enhances the heat. following the sauna, visitors can experience six cold baths ranging in temperature from 3°C to 8°C for ‍an invigorating reset.

visitors can choose between free sessions or participate in ongoing⁢ guided programs lead by professionals. These programs include breathing techniques, meditation, sound experiences, and body movements designed to promote deep relaxation.

The design, completed by Canadian studio Futurstudio and architect Olivier Léone, features sophisticated modern aesthetics, carefully chosen materials, and lighting to enhance each experience.
