A new wellness destination, SAINT ROCK, opens in Paris on March 2, 2026. Located at 8 Rue Saint-roch in the 1st District, it’s directly across from the Tuileries Garden, offering a unique blend of urban relaxation and nature.
The 400 m² space, spread across two floors, focuses on a unique sensory experience centered around contrast therapy – alternating between intensely hot saunas and cold baths.Founded by Jules and Chloé Bouscatel of Monday Sports Club, SAINT ROCK’s design is by architect Sparc. It’s more than just a place to rest; it’s an urban retreat inspired by ancient rituals and the bathing cultures of Latvia.
SAINT ROCK boasts France’s largest sauna, spanning 60 m². The space utilizes lighting, immersive playlists, and aromatherapy to create an atmosphere that enhances the heat. following the sauna, visitors can experience six cold baths ranging in temperature from 3°C to 8°C for an invigorating reset.
visitors can choose between free sessions or participate in ongoing guided programs lead by professionals. These programs include breathing techniques, meditation, sound experiences, and body movements designed to promote deep relaxation.
The design, completed by Canadian studio Futurstudio and architect Olivier Léone, features sophisticated modern aesthetics, carefully chosen materials, and lighting to enhance each experience. Clotilde Chaumet and Gabriel Seibel oversee the immersive process, creating a stimulating yet relaxing environment.
