In recent months, Sennheiser has been expanding its family of wireless headphones, from small to premium Momentum True Wireless 4 a Momentum Sportin the middle class, this German manufacturer recently added a headset model Sennheiser Accentum Plus Wireless. And now another novelty has been added to this class, small plugs Emphasis on True Wireless.

These are the first TWS plugs in this series. ACCENTUM True Wireless headphones are equipped with the company’s 7mm True Response dynamic drivers. The very low distortion drivers are manufactured in Tullamore, Ireland, at Sennheiser’s factory, under the same roof as the drivers in the Momentum headphones and audiophile models. The manufacturer promises “strong and engaging bass, natural mids and sharp highs”.

Bluetooth 5.3 with support for AAC, aptX, LC3 and SBC codecs is used for wireless connection. Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast are supported. Battery life with/without ANC should be up to 6 hours/8 hours per charge and 28 hours total with the case. It can be charged via USB-C, so wirelessly.

Hybrid active noise suppression is a matter of course, there is transparent mode and listening to the surroundings. Using the Sennheiser Smart Control application, the user can choose the level of release of ambient sounds, adjust the sound using a 5-band equalizer, or use Sound Check. This will allow default values, user-definable touch control and functions to be uploaded to the cloud and made available on all iOS or Android devices. It is also used to manage media, phone calls and voice assistants.

On the ergonomics of the headphones, the manufacturer worked closely with Sonova, where thousands of ear models were analyzed, the result is supposed to be “an ideal balance between stability and comfort”. The headphones also recently won the prestigious Red Dot Design award. The package includes four sizes of ear tips (XS / S / M / L).

ACCENTUM True Wireless headphones can be pre-ordered from today, their official sale starts on May 21. They will be produced in black or white, the official price is EUR 199.99, in the Czech Republic we expect CZK 4,990.
