Bookbuilding for the tranche for large investors will last from March 6 to 14, and for small investors – from March 18 to 28. The final price and number of shares offered in both tranches will be determined on March 15. The allocation of shares and the results of the public offering will be made public by April 5 this year.
Depending on the agreed price and the number of shares ultimately offered, gross revenues from their sales will range from PLN 4.8 million to PLN 12.6 million. The valuation of the entire Mentzen company will range from PLN 32 to 36 million. The public offering is carried out through the INC brokerage house. Currently 100 percent the company’s shares belong to the Mentzen Family Foundation.

Mentzen Company has achieved a rapid increase in revenue in recent years: from PLN 1.08 million in 2019, PLN 4.68 million a year later, PLN 11.84 million in 2021 and PLN 16.83 million in 2022 to PLN 21.55 million in last year Revenues from tax consulting increased from PLN 3.7 million in 2020 to PLN 11.45 million in 2022 and PLN 14 million last year, and those from accounting services – from PLN 979,000. in 2020, PLN 2.97 million a year later, PLN 5.38 million in 2022 and PLN 7.55 million last year. The company employs approximately 120 people.
In 2022, the company generated PLN 1.4 million of EBITDA and PLN 0.2 million of net profit, and last year – PLN 4.6 million EBITDA and PLN 3 million net profit.
Announcing its stock exchange debut last week, Mentzen emphasized that the company is profitable and unless there are unexpected changes, such as large investment projects, intends to pay regularly the highest possible dividend.
