Superman (2025) Review: A Hopeful return to Form for the Man of Steel

“It’s a bird? it’s a plane? No! It’s….” You know the rest. And yes, Superman is back. As a lifelong fan,this was easily my most anticipated film of the summer,and I’m thrilled to report it largely delivers on the promise of a revitalized Man of Steel.
Superman holds a unique place in cinematic history – and in my heart. From cherished memories of Superman: The Animated Series to rediscovering the hero with 2006’s superman Returns, and even navigating the complexities of Henry Cavill’s portrayal in Man of Steel (2013), the character has always resonated.
