Music legend Elvis Presley skinned with its dark side in a documentary. Features testimonials from nineteen women who were Elvis’ dates.

Some of them still adore the Can’t Help Falling In Love singer because they dated at such a young age. This then became the focus because of writer Alanna Nash’s statement comparing Elvis to R Kelly.

“We love Elvis Presley so much that we don’t want to see his bad side. If (Elvis’ love story) happened today, maybe he would be in the same cell with R Kelly,” said Elvis Presley’s biographer.

One of the love stories discussed there is his relationship with Priscilla Presley in 1959. When he was in a relationship with Elvis, Priscilla was 14 years old while the musician was 24 years old.

His friend during his military service, Currie Grant, told of Elvis and Priscilla meeting at a club. Currie turned out to be the person who introduced Priscilla to Elvis.

“Who knew she was 14 years old? And no one cared because she was so beautiful,” he recalled.

“Her parents (Priscilla) were also so crazy about Elvis that they didn’t forbid (their relationship). He (Elvis) liked young girls because he could control them,” he added.

However, their relationship was met with opposition from Elvis because they were afraid that what would happen to Jerry Lee Lewis (who married his 13-year-old cousin when he was 22 years old) would immediately be banned and his career would fade.

Then there was Frances Forbes, a 14 year old Elvis fan, whom Elvis invited to his residence in Memphis in 1957.

“We had fun. He called me Little Frances. I met him when I was 14 years old and he was 22 years old. He was always interested in young girls,” she explained in the documentary Elvis’ Women which aired on Prime Videos.

Then there was Kay Wheeler, who created an Elvis Presley fan club when she was 16 years old. He admitted that he had invited Elvis to come to his hotel room.

“He came into the room and was like Godzilla. I walked over and he looked through the glass, then he started kissing and hugging me. Every minute (of his life) I wanted to be with Elvis and at that moment I was in front of him and of course there is one thing you want do it,” he said.

Meanwhile, Reeca Smith (who was also 14 years old when she dated Elvis) admitted that Elvis was a very good man. He was even given clothes worth 2 thousand pounds sterling and invited to go out with him two weeks later.

Reeca recalled when Elvis revealed that he felt like a child again when he was with her.

“He said, ‘What I like about you is that I feel like I’m back in my childhood where I was innocent and young again, you don’t treat me like a big star.’ He also kissed me several times but suddenly stopped and I felt he was treating me very well.”

When he approached Reeca, Elvis was actually in a relationship with Linda Thompson. He and Linda dated after officially divorcing Priscilla in 1973.

Elvis Presley released his first song, That’s All Right in 1954 and it was a huge success and became the most famous musician in the world. He also died in 1977 when he was 42 years old.
