– Our professional groups who work under municipal auspices make vital contributions, such as school nurses and nurses in special accommodation. The Corona Commission’s conclusions show that there must be more nurses in the municipal health care, but nothing has happened. Our negotiations on better working hours and wages also concern them, and we hope that SKR realizes that we are serious about wanting to save healthcare, says Sineva Ribeiro, president of the Healthcare Association, in a press release.
The new notice means that no members must work overtime or overtime and that the employer cannot make new hires within the Vårdförbundet’s contract area. Professional groups that are covered are, for example, student health and home health care.
– Our completely reasonable demand is that we want sustainable full-time jobs so that our members can work full-time and have a full professional life.
