Today, more than ever, technology plays a leading role in our lives and our daily lives, at all levels, whatever the scope: we almost cannot do without it.

In truth, in some cases, we don’t want to do without them: yes, because now the many information devices and digital devices are so much part of our routines that be part of us. Nevertheless?

Beyond the correct and appropriate use of each device with the appropriate limitations in terms of time and use, and of the undoubted ones need that are often linked to them, there is one aspect to consider.

And that, in fact, is connected to the legality or otherwise of certain uses: in some areas, at least. Which, specifically, are in turn connected to a priority issue in absolute terms. Which?

It’s easy to identify it: we’re talking about our own health, our own safety. And often, the devices, rather than helping us to perform our life better, they can really make it difficult for us.

Devices in the car, when yes and when not

And the Highway Code tells us about it, which identifies the use, through, as an infringement article 173, of all devices that provide for the possibility that the driver does not have both hands on the steering wheel.

Driving safely therefore does not simply mean using and exploiting a useful device such as a satellite navigator to your liking, but in particular doing so in the manner permitted by law. Penalty: fine of three les 161 and 700 euros.
