From the south, the edge of the high pressure center over the eastern Mediterranean will extend into our area.

At night, it will be clear to partly cloudy, occasionally fog or low clouds.

The lowest night temperature will drop to 3 to -2, in the valleys around -4 degrees.

Frost threatens in some places even in the lowlands.

There will be no wind or a light wind will blow.

This follows from the current forecast of meteorologists from SHMÚ.

On Friday, there will be little, sometimes temporarily increased cloud cover. Occasional showers may occur, especially in central Slovakia. Snow showers in high altitudes.

In the morning, fog or low cloud cover may occasionally occur.

The highest daily temperature will reach 13 to 18, on Orava and below the Tatras around 11 degrees.

The temperature in the mountains at an altitude of 1500 meters will be around 2 degrees.

Southeast to south wind 2 to 7 meters per second (5 to 25 kilometers per hour).
