‘Growth pearl’ from the Zwolle region
Together with nine other ‘scale-ups’ – (starting) companies that have the potential to grow quickly and significantly – Floorganise is part of a project from the Zwolle Region: Fast Successful Scaling. They receive coaching and guidance in making their growth plans, through advisor Martin Landkroon.

“Shipyards in the Netherlands make high-quality products, but also at high costs. This company ensures that those costs are reduced, which improves the competitive position. They already extend beyond national borders and really have the potential to become market leaders at European level. But then they have to dare to think big, that is actually the main tip I gave them. That is also what investors look at: not just taking small steps, but continuing to grow.”

Growth has already started: an office has now also been opened in Spain and the company already has a turnover of more than one million euros. De Vries: “That magical limit has been reached. We have been doubling every two years since 2017 and we want to maintain that pace. Not only for higher turnover, but also because we then have the opportunity to attract talent. Because our software must become increasingly advanced and specialized. So that we can be a global knowledge leader.”
