Those involved in the “500 million case” can take action against the State –

Today’s commentator on the Revista de Imprensa space, on Rádio , Armindo Laureano, stated that those targeted in the “500 million Case” can take legal action against the State for deprivation of liberty.

The director of Novo Jornal, also considers the PGR’s confession regarding violations of the constitutional principles of legality to be serious.

Armindo Laureano states, on the other hand, that the issue must be handled well, in order to repair the image and good name of those targeted.

It is recalled that at the beginning of April, the Constitutional Court ruled in favor of the former president of the Sovereign Fund of Angola, José Filomeno dos Santos, and the former governor of the BNA, Valter Filipe, for having detected “violations of the constitutional principles of legality , contradictory, fair trial and the right to defense”.
