Emerging from the Oregon music scene,21-year-old musician Sean McFarlane,performing under the name Trimmo,is set to release his new album,Arizona,this spring via the Los Angeles-based label 7th Heaven. McFarlane has been steadily building a discography on Bandcamp over the past several years,showcasing a distinctive lo-fi sound.
The forthcoming album is preceded by the release of its lead single, “Flood,” a track that immediately captivates with its blend of memorable melodies and atmospheric production. Listeners will find echoes of artists like Alex G and Phil elverum within the song’s sonic landscape – a touch of country sensibility reminiscent of alex G, combined with the pop sensibilities of Phil Elverum.
