P.S. – An Unexpected Obsession
Over the past few weeks, I’ve found myself captivated by CattleUSA.com. It streams live footage directly from livestock auctions and stockyards across the country.
Thes auction houses share a strikingly similar aesthetic: large, brightly lit arenas with seating facing an auctioneer’s booth. Below the booth, staff expertly guide animals through designated entry and exit points. Occasionally, you’ll even catch a goat auction.
It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly why it’s so mesmerizing, but I highly recommend taking a look, even if you aren’t planning a farm visit anytime soon.
