A man died Saturday afternoon after a second shooting in less than 24 hours in the North York neighborhood of Toronto.

Shortly after 3 p.m., Queen City police found a man on the ground who had been shot in the area of ​​Jane Street and Driftwood Avenue. He was taken to hospital before succumbing to his injuries, according to the Toronto Police Service.

Remember that at 6 p.m. Friday evening, the police were called to a shooting in the same area. A victim was found with a gunshot wound. She was between life and death when she was taken to hospital, according to the Toronto Sun.

The police indicated that the suspect(s) fled in a stolen black Acura RDX vehicle, registered CVEN 900. A photo of the vehicle was published by the police who are asking for the public’s help to advance the investigation.
