US-Led Peace push Gains Traction in Ukraine-Russia conflict, But Key Hurdles Remain
November 25, 2025 – A renewed diplomatic effort spearheaded by the United States to broker an end to the nearly four-year war between Russia and Ukraine is showing promising momentum, despite lingering disagreements on critical issues. This growth comes amidst escalating violence, with recent Russian strikes on Kyiv resulting in at least seven civilian deaths and reciprocal Ukrainian attacks on southern Russia causing damage and casualties.
The push for peace gained noticeable speed following a wave of overnight attacks.
