Vero Caliman announced, on Sunday, the fact that he is leaving “Gașca Zurli”, after 15 years in which he was the symbol of the formation, which made thousands of children happy.

The announcement was made by Vero Caliman (36 years old), on social networks, and Mirela Retegan, who created this project, wrote her an emotional message.
“For over 15 years, the little girl in me trained and did artistic gymnastics until she reached the Olympics. Now it’s time to retire, because the woman Veronica deserves a chance too. Please believe me that my soul is in pawns and that it was not at all easy for me to make this choice.
The meetings with you and the love in the children’s eyes gave me strength and energy to continue even when I felt that I could no longer. I want to thank the parents for their trust, because they let their children play with me and my colleagues.
My relationship with the little ones is undying, I honestly think they are the most wonderful creatures on earth, and I will continue to preserve and nurture this special relationship through all the projects I get involved with in the future. It was not an easy decision, but I feel it is the right time for a change and new opportunities. I have had the privilege of traveling a lot, working with many people and gaining valuable experience, but as with any journey, there have been challenges.
