The EP, now available, features reworked arrangements of “Born 2,” “Nights in Armor,” and “Playing Classics.” Guitarist and producer Nate Amos skillfully re-envisioned these songs to highlight the distinctive vocals of Rachel Brown.
Amos explains the creative process stemmed from a desire to revisit the songs’ origins. The new versions of “Born 2” and “Nights in Armor” closely resemble their initial forms.
Interestingly, the extended version of “Playing Classics” proved elusive, prompting Amos to recreate it. He playfully sped up the tempo and incorporated unexpected car sound effects, adding a unique sonic layer.
Touring and Future Collaborations
Currently,Water From Your Eyes is finishing a successful headlining tour across North America and Europe. this extensive run has allowed them to connect with fans and showcase their evolving sound.
