At Phion and Theater Sonnevanck the stories of folk hero Robin Hood come to life again. The orchestra, consisting of 30 musicians from Phion, provides an impressive musical experience. Together with a group of actors from Theater Sonnevanck Robin Hood a theatrical experience.
Everyone knows the legend of Robin Hood. Robin and his friends shoot arrows faster than the speed of light and steal hearts before you can say boo or yuck. Money disappears from the pockets of the rich and ends up with those who need it most. When evening falls, they retreat into the woods, where people live for whom there is no place in the city. The freebooters, outlaws and resistance heroes. There they live their own lives, free of rules and outside the norm.
646 years after the first stories about Robin Hood, the folk hero comes back to life in 2024. The orchestra provides a special musical experience. They are a complete part of the theater piece.
