Violent domestic dispute in a home in Andapa. Losing his temper, the father grabbed a knife with which he took his wife’s life.
A blood-curdling domestic scene. The night before yesterday, around 11:30 p.m., an argument between spouses turned bad. A thirty-three-year-old woman died. Having attempted suicide after committing the murder, her husband was, for his part, interrupted at the last minute and rushed to hospital under escort. These scenes of desolation occurred in the district of Ambohimitsinjo, Andapa.
According to testimonies from local residents, a lot of tension arose in the home when the couple argued about the purchase of a property. When the tone rose on both the husband’s and his wife’s sides, they ended up coming to blows. Carried away by anger, the father grabbed a butcher’s knife found in the house to use it against his wife. The findings revealed that the neck of the deceased had been cut deeply and that a large vessel had been severed in the process.
Two orphans
It was his children who raised the alarm after the unthinkable happened. Unfortunately, when local residents came to the rescue, the mother had already passed away. His blood-stained body lay in the house.
In the confusion, the Defense and Security Forces had already been alerted and the report was immediately made. The deceased left two children. Having witnessed the attack which cost their mother’s life, the unfortunate people are traumatized. What happened last night loosens tongues. The couple had always maintained good neighborly relations and the father, in particular, was apparently calm. The local residents had a completely different perception of it, until the serious incident the day before yesterday caused a shock wave in the neighborhood. The maniac is forty years old.
