ZALMAN Launches ACRUX II Series Platinum Power Supplies
ZALMAN has announced the release of its new ACRUX II series of platinum-rated power supplies, offering models with 850W, 1000W, and 1200W power outputs. These power supplies are designed to meet the demands of modern high-performance systems, adhering to the latest Intel ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards.
the ACRUX II series is capable of handling up to 200% total power deviation and features a native 12V-2×6 power connector, supporting up to 600W of power delivery to ensure seamless compatibility with current and future high-end graphics cards.
Measuring 140 x 150 x 86 mm, the ACRUX II maintains a standard ATX form factor. Internally,it utilizes a single +12V rail design coupled with Active PFC,LLC resonance,and DC-DC conversion for high efficiency. The series boasts 80 PLUS Platinum and Cybenetics Platinum certifications, alongside a LAMBDA A+ noise rating, guaranteeing quiet operation.
ZALMAN includes high-quality, flat modular cables with the ACRUX II, simplifying cable management and installation. A 120mm fan with Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) and shark-fin blade design provides efficient cooling while minimizing noise. The fan also features a silent mode switch, allowing it to remain off under 30% load for near-silent operation, or dynamically adjust speed based on system demands.
Comprehensive protection features are integrated, including Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), Over Power Protection (OPP), Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Over Temperature Protection (OTP), No Load operation Protection (NLO), and System Integrity Protection (SIP), safeguarding connected hardware.
