Three men from the same family became fathers of more than 600 children after carrying out sperm donations that were not regulated by the local government or were haphazard. This incident occurred in Quebec, Canada, which was revealed through a documentary film by Production Pixcom inc.

The documentary tells the story of how the three of them donated sperm to hundreds of women who wanted to get pregnant.

Quoted from the Mirror, the three unnamed men placed advertisements on Facebook and offered free sperm, a process that was not regulated by Health Canada authorities.

The women who saw the advertisement were interested and a phenomenon like this occurred. Initially it was reported that only two related men fathered hundreds of children. Then, after further investigation, it turned out that there was a third person from the same family who was involved in the incident.

“We got a lot of input from a lot of mothers, so we realized this was a bigger story. So, we kept investigating, and we found another sperm donor from the same family,” Noovo Info anchor Marie-Christine Bergeron was quoted as saying from Mirror, Sunday (5/5/2024).

“Now, there are over 600 children of these three men and it really is a never-ending story,” he continued.

Several mothers who received donor sperm from the three men were horrified to discover that their children had many half-siblings they did not know.

They also worry about their children’s future health because two out of three sperm donors also carry a rare genetic disorder that affects the liver and could be passed on to the children.
