Key Responsibilities
1. Animation and Coordination
- Risk Prevention: Lead and coordinate actions to prevent workplace accidents and illnesses, collaborating with the occupational physician, social workers, staff representatives, and the SGCD management.
- Prevention Network: manage the network of internal prevention actors, including prevention assistants within the prefecture, sub-prefectures, Secrétariat Général pour les Affaires Régionales (SGAR), and SGCD.
- Advisory Community: Establish a working community for prevention advisors within the Territorial Departments (DDTM, DDETS, and DDPP) and the Ministry of the Interior (SGAMI, PN, GN).
2.Regulatory Compliance
- Document Management: Coordinate the advancement and updates of mandatory regulatory documents, including the Register of Health and Safety at Work (RSST), the register of serious and immediate dangers, the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP), and prevention guidelines. This includes transitioning to the DUERMI 3 format.
