President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi posed for a memorial photo with Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Engineer Tarek El-Molla, and a number of ministers, at Al-Manara International Conference Center in New Cairo, before the start of the activities of the Seventh Egypt International Energy Conference and Exhibition (EGYPS 2024).

The activities of the Seventh Egypt International Energy Conference and Exhibition (EGYPS 2024) will be held from February 19 to 21 under the slogan (Energy Stimulus: Securing supplies, energy transformation, and reducing emissions) with the participation of 120 countries.

The conference aims to emphasize the importance and necessity of balancing between the transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy sources, and securing their supplies in more responsible and environmentally friendly ways to maintain economic growth and meet the needs of the people, which is achieved through the oil and gas industry’s commitment to applying techniques to reduce carbon emissions in parallel with the development of green energies. And renewables, especially hydrogen.

In its new edition, the conference witnesses a large and active international presence from the global energy sector, with the participation of a large number of ministers and officials responsible for the energy sectors as representatives of their countries, secretaries of regional and international energy organizations, and CEOs of major international energy companies.

The first day of EGYPS 2024, over the course of two days, will witness the launch of the strategic conference activities, with the participation of ministers, energy industry leaders, and CEOs of major international energy, oil and gas companies.
