ALDI customer service has not yet responded to this, but an ALDI employee did. “As employees at ALDI, we don’t even get the chance… I really wanted this too and had to send my mom. Unfortunately, it was sold out immediately, twenty people were already at the door.”

“I have to say that they stock up scandalously little each time and they know well enough that it is such a success,” she added.
