The Black and White shareholders meeting chose this Friday, April 26 to Hannibal Mosa as the new president of the dealership he manages a Colo Colo, in a vote in which he won by five votes to one.

After three years, the businessman from Puerto Montt will replace Alfredo Stöhwing and returns to sit in the presidential chair of the institution, in what will be his third term in office after those from 2015 to 2018 and the turbulent 2019 to 2021, the second stage in which the “Cacique” had to play for promotion to remain in the First Division.

The day started quite busy for Blanco y Negro, first with the ordinary meeting of shareholders that was called at the Monumental Stadium and where the new board of directors was also elected for this new process.

In the election of the new president, which was decided in a telematic meeting, the balance ended up tilting in favor of Mosa thanks to the votes of the representatives of the Social and Sports Club, Matias Camacho and Alejandro Droguett.

Another striking point in this process has to do with who was left as vice president of the concessionaire, Eduardo Loyola. The director had resigned less than a month ago and that led to the re-election of the board of directors and having a new president.

Thus, Mosa begins his third term in Colo Colo and in 2025 he will have to lead the celebrations for the centenary of the Macul club.
