According to police reports,the shooting took place at approximately 2:50 a.m. on January 25th. 44-year-old Keon Gill,a resident of Middletown,New York,was fatally shot in the chest. A 35-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the knee [2].
Preliminary investigations suggest that the two victims were approached by a suspect who initiated an argument that quickly escalated into a physical altercation. During the struggle, the suspect produced a firearm and discharged it, striking both men.
