What do we eat at C2?

This year at C2 Montréal, prepare to be spoiled with three gastronomic pop-up experiences tailor-made to delight all palates. Each space promises you a distinctive culinary experience, with flavors that will awaken your taste buds and dishes that will satisfy even the hungriest appetite.

Le Saint-Laurent — Chefs Théo Fransolet and Yannick Dagenais (Nouveau Standard)

This gastronomic bar draws its inspiration from the majestic St. Lawrence River. It is in a bright and welcoming atmosphere that you can enjoy a refined menu at any time of the day, whether for breakfast, aperitif or dinner. Particular attention is paid to river products and local products through, among other things, a tapas bar, Pintxos, a refined selection of fish and seafood, as well as dishes to share.

Sunday — Chef Mostafa Awad (Babacool)

Pop-up restaurant Dimanche fully embraces its name by offering a menu that embodies the spirit of the day off. In this culinary space, discover a selection of Mediterranean dishes such as mezze, crudos and salads, to share in an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and relaxed.

For takeout — Chef Michael Tozzi (Dandy)

As the name says it, the pop-up will offer a selection of take-out meals throughout C2 Montreal: lunches, pastries, salads and sandwiches. Ideal for satisfying small hunger pangs between two conferences.
