Living a healthy and long life is the dream of many people. Not a few people want to remain productive at a young age.

There are a number of ways to maintain an ideal body shape even though you are old. The same thing was done by Dave Pascoe, a 61 year old man from Michigan, United States.

This IT retiree, even though he is 6 years old, is still 38 years old. He has his own elaborate exercise and diet plan and takes 158 supplements per day.

“My hope is to live at least until the age of 95 in good condition… if not past the age of 110,” Pascoe was quoted as saying by the NYPost.

Pascoe said he doesn’t set an alarm clock, and instead sleeps until he wakes up naturally, even though he usually wakes up before the sun rises.

The biohacker then began a grueling morning routine, starting with 15 minutes of floor stretching and five minutes on a mini trampoline. He then brushed his teeth and tongue before waiting an hour to take his 82 morning supplements, including calcium-D-glucarate and vitamin D3 pills.

Next, Pascoe seeks exposure to sunlight, leaving the house for a brisk walk or run. Additional workouts are also on the agenda, with the biohacker completing a vigorous P90X workout that focuses on resistance and weight training.

He then relaxes by doing schvitz in the sauna and meditating for up to 45 minutes. To fuel his body, this 60-year-old man takes sports supplements before breakfast consisting of a green banana and a bowl of chia nut berries.

For the rest of the day, Pascoe notes that he rarely eats lunch. Instead, he eats dinner between 3 and 5 p.m. He always chooses organic, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken or wild-caught fish.

“Of course ‘me time’ is very important to me, so I schedule it, but I wouldn’t pass up an opportunity to spend quality time with other people. As a single man living alone, I would trade those gym sessions, saunas or biohacks for time connected quality, all the time,” he said.
