Catherine’s uncle, the Princess of Wales, participates in a reality program and is surprisingly candid about his niece. Gary Goldsmith is in the British version of Big Brother and, among other things, speaks out about Catherine’s health.

Catherine’s uncle, the Princess of Wales, has been loose-lipped about his ties to the British royal family in the current season of Celebrity Big Brother. Gary Goldsmith talks candidly about his cousin Catherine. He shares what his first meeting with Prince William was like. “When I met William, Catherine was cooking and William said, ‘Hi, would you like a cup of tea?’ Very normal.”

“The Princess of Wales is receiving the best care available”

Gary is asked about the current situation of the Princess of Wales, who is recovering from a planned abdominal operation. “She (Catherine ed.) doesn’t want to talk about it. The last thing I would want to do is give my opinion about it. When it is announced, I will give you my opinion.”

Contact has been made with Catherine’s mother, Carole Middleton. “I spoke to her mother, my sister, she is getting the best help in the world.” Someone from the program asks Gary about the gossip going around about his niece. “She’s fantastic, she’ll be back, of course she’ll be back.”

“I’m a nightmare to live with”

Gary is also not reserved about himself. He says that he is often seen as a ‘bad boy’ and that he wants to correct that in this program. He also admits that it is his hobby to upset people. “I’m a nightmare to live with. That’s why I’ve been married four times.”

Strong opinions about Duchess Meghan

Although Gary admits he has never met Duchess Meghan, he has some strong words ready. “Prince Harry was very loving when it was just William, Catherine and Harry. Then suddenly a different dynamic emerged that created so much drama. The fact that they (Harry and Meghan ed.) claim that they are not satisfied with us, I think I’m just not honest,” he says in the reality program.

“You can’t just throw your family under the bus, write books about it and expect everything to work out fine and be invited to Christmas as if nothing happened,” Gary adds.
