Carolyn Henderson has dedicated over three decades to Crothall Healthcare, demonstrating unwavering commitment to patient care and a strong work ethic.Known for her tireless energy and dedication, colleagues affectionately compare her to the Energizer Bunny.
Henderson currently works as an Environmental Services Specialist at a hospital supported by Crothall, where she plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. A key aspect of her role that she particularly enjoys is training new housekeepers, ensuring they learn the proper cleaning protocols from the outset.
“she does a phenomenal job training our new associates,” says a colleague, Henderson. “Our team leads would definitely say she drives them hard, but most importantly, she is there for them.”
Beyond her dedication to cleanliness, Henderson is recognized for her generosity and community involvement. She is actively involved with her church and consistently donates to charitable organizations, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. “If you call her on the phone, she’s going to donate something,” Henderson notes.
