The photos show Britain’s Princess Catherine sitting in the car with her mother near Windsor Castle. She had not appeared in public since her abdominal surgery in early January. As a result, the wildest theories about her absence were circulated.
Entertainment site TMZ shared the images of the princess on Monday.
The British royal family has not revealed what exactly the princess was operated on at the beginning of this year. However, it was reported afterwards that the operation had gone well and that the princess was doing well.
The rumor mill about her condition started when Prince Charles appeared in public shortly after his cancer diagnosis, but Kate remained invisible to the public. The wildest rumors then spread on social media, especially on X. For example, Kate would have had a ‘red-haired baby with Prince Harry’, she would have had her buttocks lifted or she would have been ashamed of a haircut that went wrong.
The stories were so out of the blue that the royal family felt the need to respond. This while they previously indicated that they would only make announcements if there was important news about Kate. Her spokesperson told The Huffington Post at the end of February that Kate “was still doing well and would likely not appear in public again until Easter.”
