Valencia shocked Real Madrid but only managed to draw 2-2 at the Mestalla Stadium in a highly dramatic and scandalous match of the 27th round of the Spanish La Liga. Ruben Baraja’s men raced into a 2-0 lead after some horrendous defensive displays from the Kings, but Vinicius Junior scored twice to earn a point for the Championship leaders.
The hosts struck within 3 minutes. First Ugo Duro opened the scoring in the 27th minute and Roman Yaremchuk doubled the lead just 180 seconds later. Vinny Junior brought the visitors back into the game in the 5th minute of first half stoppage time. The Brazilian scored his second goal in the 76th minute.
The match will also be remembered for the serious injury suffered by the defender of Valencia Diacabi, as well as for the canceled penalty for the “bats” in the first minute of added time of the match.
The scandal was complete when referee Hill Manzano blew the final whistle in the 8th minute of added time just after Braim Diaz crossed to Jude Bellingham who headed in, but the goal came 2 seconds after his whistle.
So Real is at the top with 66 points. Valencia is in 9th position with 37 points.

It was the 8th minute of it when Braim Diaz crossed from the right and Bellingham headed the ball into Mamardashvali’s net, but it turned out that it was with the cross that Hill Manzano’s final whistle sounded. So the goal was recognized, and the referee showed a red card to the angry English star of Real Madrid.
