DRK “All Around Moving” Team Announces February Hike in Auenwald
The German Red Cross (DRK) “All Around Moving” team is hosting a scenic hike in Auenwald on February 7th, 2026. This event offers a fantastic opportunity for community members to enjoy the outdoors, engage in light exercise, and socialize with others.
Event Details
The hike will commence at 2:00 PM at the DRK clubhouse located at Bruckwiesenweg 5,oberbrüden. Participants can expect a circular route spanning approximately 8-10 kilometers through the beautiful Auenwald forest. The hike will incorporate gentle gymnastic exercises throughout, making it a well-rounded physical activity lasting around three hours.
What to Bring
To ensure a comfortable and safe hiking experience, participants are advised to wear appropriate footwear. Sturdy hiking shoes are highly recommended, and hiking sticks can be beneficial for added stability, notably on uneven terrain.
