Representatives of the Audit Association of Housing Cooperatives believe that the proposed energy voucher solutions may prove to be insufficient for many of the several million residents who are included in the “cooperative resources”.

Moreover, experts indicate that A big problem is the lack of inclusion in the project, among others: residents who use local boiler rooms for heating (which belong to the cooperative), and, moreover, the freezing of electricity prices does not take into account, for example, the common parts of residential buildings. Some forecasts quoted by Biznes.Interia.pl state that for these reasons, rent amounts may increase by up to 25%. Faced with possible price increases, the cooperative members decided to send an appeal to the Ministry of Climate, which suggested that the government should take into account the provisions adopted by the PiS government.
