Erika Kirk Vows to Continue Husband’s Work Following His Death

Erika Kirk is persistent to carry on the mission of her late husband, charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA. She announced Friday that “The American Comeback Tour” will proceed as scheduled,despite the profound loss.
The tour’s next event is set for September 18th at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Erika confidently stated it will be “greater than ever.” She also affirmed that the radio and podcast show her husband cherished will continue to broadcast.
A Movement Unstoppable
Erika believes her husband’s influence will only grow. She powerfully declared that his “movement is not going anywhere.”
You might have thought her husband’s mission was impactful before, but Erika insists you haven’t seen anything yet.She believes a fire has been ignited, both within her and across the nation, and even the world. She vowed that her grief will fuel a global “battle cry.”
A Personal Loss, A Public Figure
Erika and Charlie Kirk began dating in 2018 and married in 2021. Together, they shared the joy of raising two young children: a 3-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son.
“He was the perfect father. He was the perfect husband,” Erika shared, reflecting on the depth of her loss.
Beyond Her Role as Wife: A Life of Achievement
Erika’s own accomplishments extend far beyond her role as a wife and mother. Born and raised in Arizona,she is a graduate of Arizona State University.
She also excelled as a student-athlete, playing NCAA women’s basketball for Regis University in Colorado. Her dedication to education continued with a Juris Master’s degree in American Legal Studies from Liberty University in 2017.
Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate in Biblical studies at Liberty University. erika is also a successful entrepreneur, founding proclaim, a faith-based clothing line, and hosting the podcast “Midweek Rise Up.”
