Although prostitution is prohibited in many parts of Africa, including Benin, many old ladies who want to fulfill their sexual fantasies come to Africa to have a black lover.

According to a report by Poland’s Onet, the ladies claim that they are coming to Africa for volunteer work for several months, but according to the locals, they are actually coming for pleasure. However, it is a mystery whether there is a financial agreement between the black lovers and the white women of grandmother’s age.

According to the paper, Africa has been a sexual destination for “European grannies” for years because it is cheap and discreet.

Psychologist Marta Rutkowska, the owner of Health in the Head, told the newspaper that the sex life of older women has declined or is non-existent, even if they are in a relationship. Therefore, many people would look for adventure at this age, however, it can be complicated in their own place of residence.

In Gambia, some hotel receptionists offer their bodies themselves to older ladies, who, if they don’t like the offer, are offered to take them to a special club where they can choose their own partner. For just $100.

In The Gambia, sex tourism has been a national problem since the 1990s, when it became a popular destination for European women, led by British women. International travel agencies in the United Kingdom initially organized cheap trips for them to the West African country, where thousands of sex-seeking “grandmothers” turned up over the course of three decades.

With a population of 2.5 million, the Gambia has high unemployment and low wages, making it a significant financial opportunity for young men to escort wealthy, middle-aged European ladies. Black men search for potential partners online as well as on the beach.

The situation is similar in Senegal, where older ladies are regularly accompanied by a “boy toy”, according to the paper.

The article points out that the term sex tourism is not widely used in the countries concerned, as the majority of those seeking sex are women, not men. If it were the other way around, it would cause public outrage. However, the authorities turn a blind eye to the practice, despite the fact that it all happens illegally.
